What´s kurumba?

100% Mexican company dedicated to the manufacture of products made from coconut, which acquired knowledge of secret and ancient techniques used by the natives of the polynesian islands, allowing us to extract all the nutrients from the fruit we use for our products.

Where does
kurumba come from?

From the warm and sunny mexican pacific coast, comes KURUMBA, a delicious coconut cream used in the preparation of meals, desserts and tasty ice creams. Also excellent in preparing cocktails such as Piña Colada.

Kurumba vs Competition

Through the measuring of fat we can establish quantity of coconut contained in this product. If we check the nutrition tables of both products we realize Kurmba has almost the double amount of coconut than the competition

Kurumba has 8.54% fat. The competition has only 4.5% to obtan the % of fat we divide the total of fat between the portions:

The competition= 3.6 gr / 80 gr = 4.5%

Kurumba = 10gr / (100ml x 1.17) = 8.54%

***(100ml)x 1.17 lts the density to put it on grams.

We have less sugar

beacause when Kurumba is mixed with other ingredients allows the Coconut flavor to appear in the final product.
When you make something with kurumba you obtain something less over sweetened and with more coconut flavor

***A Piña Colada made with Kurumba is going to have 10% less sugar than one made with the Competition.

Kurumba obtains its viscosity thanks to the quality of the Coconuts used in its preparation; meanwhile the competition ontains it throughout the use of emulsifiers and gums.
